Grateful for this Wednesday

Universe 1) I am grateful for the amazing sleep I had last night. 2) I am grateful for my morning coffee and sour dough toast. 3) I am grateful the rain stopped and the sun is out 4) I am grateful I am feeling calm today. I know I have been feeling calm for a while now, but today is different. It is a different kind of calm. 5) I am grateful I have a good imagination. I love day dreaming about jewellery, holidays, family gatherings etc. As a side note; my great nephew went overseas with his dad for 9 days. His dad was supposed to call so GN could say good bye to his mum but he didn't. My niece is really upset about this and I am a little worried. You hear about fathers taking their kids OS and not returning. Please universe, let everything be alright and please can he call soon and can GN have a really great time. Blessings

Grateful for this Tuesday

I can't believe I survived. Training aka 'death by PowerPoint' was incredibly boring but it was a day out of the office. I am so grateful I found my way there without panic and that there were some friendly faces. I then finished the day with a meeting which didn't finish until 6:45. A very long day indeed. Universe 1) I am grateful I left home early because the traffic was really bad. 2) I am grateful I found my way ok and didn't get into too much of a panic 3) I am grateful there was still parking available when I got there. 4) I am grateful I had some friendly faces in the training session with me. 5) I am grateful I finished my day with a meeting with a fabulous business stakeholder. I am also grateful that the additional 2.5hrs that I worked today wasn't a struggle at all. This means I can put those hours over to Friday and leave early. Blessings

Break almost complete

I needed a break from gratitude. I guess it is during times like this that a break is the last thing I should be doing. I should really focus on gratitude when my mood is in a real downward spiral. I just couldn't cope trying to think of things. When I first got back to gratitude I wrote a list of things I could use if I was in a funk which was a huge list but I just couldn't face it. I feel like a fraud if I have to struggle to find things or go to a list to find something to fill up space on a page. Anyway, I am starting to feel less pressure personally and a little more positive so I will go back to gratitude on Monday. It is Thursday today. I just want to clear my mind of as much crap as possible. It is starting to get there. CYA soon

Grateful for this Wednesday

I had to go to a different office this morning to sort some things out which actually freaked me out. Not the sorting out but finding my way there. I have got to find a way to stop this. It is ridiculous. I have had a decent kind of day in terms of work so that is a good thing. Universe 1) I am grateful that I managed to find my way to the different office this morning even though I got on the wrong train. Yes, the wrong train. Completely stupid. 2) I am grateful that I managed to get everything sorted that needed sorting this morning. This is a big thing for an urgent project, not my role, but it is showing that I am willing to go above and beyond. 3) I am grateful that since I spent the morning at a different office, I was able to go to the center of the city on my way 'back' to the office past the alterations place to take in a pair of pants that are now too big, and to get a cupcake which I will enjoy shortly with a cup of tea. 4) I am grateful that I had a good day b
