Dare2Diva is Grateful

I am grateful to be able to work from home today. The weather isn't great and it also means I got to sleep in a little longer. I am grateful for cuppa meetings in our kitchen. They are special to me I am grateful for the dentist. She was great and no needles for 2 fillings. I am grateful for my sedation tablets. I remember very little of yesterday afternoon at the dentist which is great. I am grateful for my bed. It was very much needed last night.

I am grateful for the rain that washes away the dust and other nasties. I am grateful that my little umbrella held out in the wind. I am grateful I didn't get too wet because the wind was making the rain fall under my umbrella I am grateful the office air conditioner kicked in with heat eventually. I am grateful that Pa seems to be more relaxed. I am grateful that I was able to drink a whole hot vanilla latte. I enjoyed the flavour which was a bit burnt but the vanilla hid that somewhat.

I am grateful that Pa was in a better mood. I am grateful for my family as they work together to make things easier for me. I am grateful I was able to get a Dr's appointment after my hot flash incident yesterday I am grateful Pa cooked dinner so I didn't have to. If I had to I would have been eating toast and a cuppa which isn't very nutritious, I am grateful I like my winter clothing. Most of the time Winter really depresses me as I was always wearing uninspiring frumpy clothes but this year I have got some nice pieces. I am grateful for my jewelry collection. I can jazz up and outfit very easily I am grateful for my perfume collection. The fragrance really lifts my mood and makes me feel safe for some reason.

I am grateful I am not spending so much time watching tv. I knit and read instead for the most part. I am grateful for the 'knitting circle yesterday morning. I was knitting in the lounge room and when my sister woke up she joined me. It was great to have company and a chat. I am grateful I was able to afford to go to my favourite craft store and buy more yarn for my scarf. I'm knitting one at the moment and it looks really good. I am grateful that we found a cute cafe 5mins walk from our place. My sister and I had an inced coffee and it was really good. I am grateful pa cooked dinner last night. I really appreciate him even though he is a pain in my arse most of the time. I am grateful pa didn't blow up yesterday. He was very close I think. I hate having to walk on eggshells but its what we have to do.

Today I am grateful I had a relaxing day. I am grateful I can knit. My scarf is coming along nicely I am grateful I finished my book. It is so great to e able to read I am grateful I am able to help my sister financially. I just hope I can help her get on top of things I am grateful for the hot chocolate I enjoyed. It was delicious.
