Break almost complete

I needed a break from gratitude. I guess it is during times like this that a break is the last thing I should be doing. I should really focus on gratitude when my mood is in a real downward spiral. I just couldn't cope trying to think of things. When I first got back to gratitude I wrote a list of things I could use if I was in a funk which was a huge list but I just couldn't face it. I feel like a fraud if I have to struggle to find things or go to a list to find something to fill up space on a page.

Anyway, I am starting to feel less pressure personally and a little more positive so I will go back to gratitude on Monday. It is Thursday today. I just want to clear my mind of as much crap as possible. It is starting to get there.
